About me
My name is Samantha Bourne and I am a qualified Emotion Code practitioner and Hypnotherapist. I am trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Coaching, NLP and CBT techniques. I am also trained in meditation, visualisations and mindfulness and more. It is not just about what I have been trained in, it is also about my own experience. My life has been full of ups and downs. I have had some very low points in my life so I know and fully understand how difficult it can be to change your life. But – it can be done. Put all of that together and you have the perfect recipe for helping people to make BIG changes in their lives no matter where they are at in their life right now.

One of the tools I use in my work is the Emotion Code. I've used it on myself as well as with others and found it to be very effective in healing emotions. Don't be fooled by it's subtleness - it does work and can make huge shifts in your life.
